Dr. Tiva Pierce

Clinical Director

Dr. Tiva Pierce is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and licensed behavior analyst. She has over 10 years of experience providing services to individuals with Autism and related disabilities and most recently served as the Director of Applied Behavior Analysis services at Constellation in Connecticut. She received her PhD from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, her Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University, and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Speech-Language Pathology from Hofstra University.

Taylor Lauder

Occupational Therapist

Taylor Lauder is a Board Certified and licensed Occupational Therapist specializing in the therapeutic treatment of children who gave fine, sensory, or visual motor skill difficulties. Taylor received her national board certification from NBCOT.

Stephen Graham

Speech Language Pathologist

Stephen Graham is a Speech Language Pathologist specializing in the therapeutic treatment of children with communication or oral motor difficulties. Stephen has a Certificate of Clinical Competence for Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. His additional training includes Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS – Level 1), Feeding Therapy: A Sensory Motor Approach from TalkTools, and Introduction to PROMPT: Technique Workshop.

Emily Kalbfell

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Emily Kalbfell is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and licensed behavior analyst. She has over 7 years experience providing services to children with autism and related disabilities. She received her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis and Special Education from Ball State University and her Bachelors in Human Development from Empire State College. In 2019 Emily traveled internationally as a volunteer with the Global Autism Project providing education on evidence-based teaching strategies based on Applied Behavior Analysis.
