Springtide Values

Not simply a guideline for our team;
our values are a promise to our families and the people we serve.

Pursue Quality

Work yourself out of a job.
Quality outcomes through data-driven progress.
Purposeful, consistent learning - for the company and for your own development.
Seek to understand; broaden and deepen your view.
Embrace change.

Springtide pursues the highest level of quality in everything we do.

Springtide was launched around the belief that autism care can (and should) be better. Pursuing quality means our goal isn't to keep clients in our centers, it's to prepare them to graduate with the tools to succeed outside of our centers. Our team of highly skilled professionals are consistently receiving training and given the support they need to grow allowing them to provide the best level of care for our clients.

In our centers, pursuing quality means putting the needs of the clients we serve first. Within all Springtide centers is not only the personalized team assigned to each client, but a full team in the building ready to share ideas, and support in any way they can.

Be All In

Be present; show up for our families and colleagues.
Commit to the journey.
Act like an owner  | Think with a company hat.
Notice & speak up.
Disagree & commit.
Participate, not observe.
Prioritize mental & physical health.

We are "all in" on our goals and responsibilities to the people we serve.

Springtide opened its doors in early 2020, a year that would see unprecedented hardships across the globe. From day one, we were 'All In' on our mission to serve our clients, no matter what challenges life would throw at us. Everyone at Springtide is confident that the unique clinical model we use combined with proprietary technology and a world class team allows us to provide the support children and families need.

When our success means the success of countless families and children on the autism spectrum, our goals become much bigger than we are.

Assume It's Possible

Start from a place of 'yes' and project optimism.
Question existing boundaries & assumptions.
Encourage and celebrate different backgrounds and perspectives.
Assume each other's truths with empathy and respect.
Celebrate progress over perfection.

We're reimaging autism care, starting with the belief that it's possible.

Everyone who starts at Springtide is told that we're doing something different here. We want to change the way autism care is thought of and provided, and we empower our teams to help push us towards that new horizon. None of this is possible without a strong belief that we can achieve that which we put our minds to. We celebrate each win across all of our centers and departments, because we believe in reaffirming our beliefs with proven success stories.

We start from a place of 'yes', and work out how to get there. When a client comes to Springtide, we set the goals then work towards them, incorporating any necessary skills development or interventions necessary to get there. For years, many have made the mistake of telling individuals on the spectrum or their families that certain things aren't possible or that they'd have to fundamentally change who they are. We're here to say we've seen first-hand the amount of success and growth that is possible when different approaches are taken.

Bring Joy

Bring energy, joy and enthusiasm to all that you do.
Prioritize time to re-energize yourself.
Respect the individual and celebrate the team.
Support each other, no 'them' versus 'us.'
Celebrate wins.

Joy is among the greatest gifts we can give to others.

Love, happiness, and acceptance are universal feelings that are among the keys to a rich life. Through all that we do, we have a deep understanding that at the end of the day, we are bringing joy to our clients and their families. Whether it's a simple gesture making a client laugh on a hard day, or the feeling a parent gets when they see their child break through milestones they once couldn't visualize for them, joy is a powerful factor that surrounds everything we do.

The breath of new life, growth, warmth, and joy are things Springtide derives its name from. Our centers are rich with smiling faces and familiar friends, and families become partners. For us, this is more than a job - it's a calling that we're proud to answer.
