How it Works

Fill out our contact form (we’ll call you back right back!) or call us at (888) 260-1609. We’ll ask you a few simple questions, answer any questions you have about Springtide, and send you a form to complete that includes sending us your insurance information.

We save you time and headaches by coordinating with your insurance company to confirm your eligibility and benefits, keeping you updated at all times.

We will arrange an initial assessment—called a Comprehensive Behavioral Assessment—with one of our dedicated licensed BCBAs. This is a thorough evaluation to help us develop the perfect care plan for your child.

Review your personalized care plan with your BCBA. We want to make sure you understand everything that will happen, that we have set the goals you are looking to reach and answer your questions.  We will then work with your insurance to coordinate all coverage.

We pair your child with a top behavioral therapist to begin ABA therapy, and bring in our other specialists in speech or occupational therapy as needed, so your child gets integrative care all under one roof. We also provide parent training, daily updates, as well as in-depth weekly reviews with parents so you’re always informed about the progress of your child.
